Terms & Conditions

1. Admission & Enrollment

• Admission to any course is subject to submission of the admission form, required documents, and full/partial payment of the course fee.
• The Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning a reason.
• Students must provide accurate personal details; any false information may lead to cancellation of admission without refund.

2. Course Delivery

• Financial Corridor reserves the right to change faculty, course structure, class timing, or venue if necessary, without prior notice.
• Classes may be conducted in offline, online, or hybrid formats as per institutional discretion.
• Study material provided (soft copy or hard copy) is strictly for personal use and cannot be reproduced or shared.

3. Attendance & Discipline

• Students are expected to maintain at least 75% attendance to receive completion certificates.
• Any form of misconduct, disturbance in class, abusive language, or violation of institute rules may result in termination of admission without refund.
• Students must respect faculty, staff, and peers at all times.

4. Fees & Payments

• All fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in exceptional circumstances defined under the Refund Policy.
• Fees must be paid as per schedule; delayed payments may attract penalties or denial of access to classes.
• Any dishonored cheque/failed transaction will incur additional bank charges borne by the student.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds are allowed only in major unforeseen circumstances (e.g., accident, medical emergency) and must be requested within the first two classes.
• No refund will be entertained after attending more than two classes, under any circumstances.
• Administrative charges (up to 10%) may be deducted before refund.
• The Institute reserves the final right to approve or reject refund requests.

6. Intellectual Property

• All course content, videos, presentations, and study material are the intellectual property of Financial Corridor.
• Students are prohibited from copying, recording, reselling, or redistributing any content in any form.
• Violation of this clause will invite legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Financial Corridor is not responsible for any trading losses, financial decisions, or career outcomes made by students based on course learnings.
• Courses are designed for educational purposes only and do not guarantee profits, certifications, or job placements unless explicitly stated.

8. Certification

• Certificates will only be awarded upon successful completion of the course, subject to attendance and participation criteria.
• Financial Corridor reserves the right to withhold certificates in case of non-compliance with terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising shall fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi/Gurgaon courts only.

10. Agreement

By enrolling in any course at Financial Corridor, the student hereby acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the above Terms & Conditions and the Institute’s Privacy & Refund Policy.
